AMAN offers a bundle of extra services that add values to the current offered main services, these services were designed based on both the Palestinian market requirements and client’s needs, AMAN aims to cover most of the tasks that relate to the CIT service, these services contribute and lead to a successful outsourcing experience for the client, it also increase effectivity and efficiency and lower customer’s operational costs.
Deposit and Withdrawal Services
An add-on service that complements the CIT service, where AMAN goes an extra mile to complete the transportation process through conducting the withdrawal and\or the deposit process, the team conducts the actual cash count, sorting, fitness, and counterfeit detection and takes full responsibility, a well-controlled process through a set of legal and professional documents that ensure the customer right and empowers his cash flows management.
This service targets big and medium size companies with big amounts of daily cash deposits, trips will be made to the customer point-of-sales (POSs) on periodical basis according to the customer needs and insurance policy, AMAN team collects the cash from the customer POSs and sends it to the customer bank, AMAN team then makes sure all deposited amounts match with customer information, and finally the customer receives his copy of the Banks audited deposit slip.
Cash Processing Services
Cash processing service is a very important extension to AMAN provided services, where cash is being managed throughout its cycle, starting from cash collection and transportation, to cash counting, sorting, fitness, and counterfeit detection, and finally, cash storage, replenishment or deposit, AMAN covers it all. Cash Processing is expensive in terms of resources and management overhead, this service aims to save customers the extra managerial and operational costs of cash management and control, and leave the customer to focus on his core business.
Consulting Services and Solutions
AMAN can also provide customers with consulting services concerning their cash cycle process, where AMAN experts conduct comprehensive surveys to spot and identify weaknesses and flows in the customer's current cash process, then design and propose a solution based on the findings, the solution could be New procedures, New equipment, Outsourcing the process, or a mixture of all.
